1. The Truth Of Education

It is believed that we were monkeys before and this is fine, but as time passed, we started getting into the base of humans and with this increasing sequence of time we became a developed person who has full ability to think and understand. In order to increase this capacity, a very important weapon was discovered which came to be known as education and it is believed that the definition of education is as unlimited as education and would remain if you read Gandhi Ji's thought you understand, "Education means all-round development of physical powers mental and spiritual superior ", the same Tagore Ji says "Excellent education is that which makes a harmonious relationship with all the existence in our life " and so do you and us. There is some definition of education which will be completely different from one another, after all, we are different from each other, here I mean to be separated not only from your outer costumes but also from your inner soul in which your ability to think and understand is very different from others and this truth makes us realize our immense power.

Let's go 100-150 years ago, where our gurus started the institutes of education, and among those institutes, the education of the Gurukuls of Nalanda was considered to be the best, in the same way that education has been started since our birth. Along with this, a lot of new changes came in education, which was kept by the British and came to India and it was started under an exciting system.

Which was divided into three parts 1. Basic level 2. Intermediate level and 3. Advance level according to which the books were printed and every generation is taught in the same way without seeing the ability of the students, but now the question is whether we really need this old and boring education today ?  Did this education help us in our mental development?  And the most important question will this education make us worth earning money ?

After reading all these questions, your answer will be 'No', for we have realized this truth somewhere. So now you must be thinking what should be done so that this erratic education system can be changed, it should be clarified first.I am not against of education, nor you are, just by its boring system.

But you will be very happy to know that we humans have found the answer to this complex question, Which is named facilitation for some of you, this is a new term, so let us know what it is and how it keeps us connected with education.

Facilitator: Any person who facilitates you, that is, helps you understand and know about something in a very easy way, is one of your first best friend, then he/she is your true helper, and most important is he/she is also your greatest critic so that you can reach limitless heights of life.

In short facilitators facilitate cognitive and non-cognitive skills in you where real education lies.
