As I told in my first blog that we are unique and this is the greatest beauty of a human being, but ignoring this beauty, we start on a never ending journey of learning and then imitate each other. We do not get the result that we should get, but a strange uneasiness and irritation arises, due to which we feel very tired and lost.
But now we have to think how long do we want to feel tired and defeated? If your answer is that never then my friend congratulations , you are alive and have the ability to change your condition, you just have to find your learning style which is the basic foundation of a life. The more your learning is, the better your earning will be, but how will you know the learning style? Don't worry, this blog will help you a lot, so let's first know what learning style is and how many ways it would be.

The concept of learning styles has a huge impact on education in general. according to the Association for Psychologist Science (APS), actually, "we are more similar in learning than we are different in styles," says author and learning specialist Dr. Barbara Hong. For example, if you want to teach someone about parts of the body, the best way to show them is a diagramme. Not because they are visual learners but because that is the best way to teach it.

Learning Style: A method by which we can remember for a long time by understanding anything and can also explain others with examples when needed and it consists of seven ways, out of which four methods are famous and which Called VARK.
  1. Visual (Spatial)
  2. Aural (Auditory-Musical)
  3. Reading and Writing (Linguistic)
  4. Kinesthetic learner
  5. Logical (methamatical)
  6. Social (Interpersonal)
  7. Solitary (intrapersonal)
Visual Learners

Visual learners absorb information best when they can visualize relationship and ideas. Maps, charts, diagram and essays work well for visual learners By representing information spatially and with images, students are able to focus on meaning. Visual learners often pursue careers such as architecture, engineering, project management, or design.

Aural (Auditory- Musical)

If you need someone to tell you something out loud to understand it, you are an auditory learner. You depend on hearing the information to fully understand it, rather than just reading it from a book. Group discussions are a great way for auditory learners to grasp new ideas by changes in tone and pace. Aural learners often pursue careers such as musician, recording engineer, speech pathologist, or language teacher.

Reading and Writing (Linguistic)

Reading and writing learners are extremly comfortable with the written words. You like to play on the meaning or sound of words such as tongue twisters, rhymes and so on. You are familiar with definitions of many words and regular make an effort to learn more meaning of new, auditory learners have the aptitude to notice audible signals like changes in tone. This learners often pursue public speaking, writing, administration, journalism or politics.

Kinesthetic learners

Kinesthetic learners are most hands-on learning type. They learn best by doing and may get board if forced to sit for long periods of time. Kinesthetic learners do best when they can participate in activities or solve problems in a hands-on manner and they are called 'do-ers'. Kinesthetic learners are often interesed in careers such as emergency services, safety representatives, physical education, or entertainment (such as acting or dancing).

When you like using your brain for logical and mathematical reasoning. You easily recognise patters. Logical learners could pursue careers in such as scientific research, accountancy, bookkeeping or computer programming.

You have a solitary style if you are more private, your concentration is at its best when you focus on your thoughts and feelings without the distraction of others. Authors and researchers are often have a strong solitary learning style.

A good teacher and facilitator should know the learning style of his students, which will help not only saving time of a facilitator and student but also to learn anything quickly. That's called I know my students. However, it build rapport among the students.

Lives In Pandemic I love the light so much as my name is. The light that rips the darkness of the night and becomes the morning sun, decorates the entire world in the form of a bride whose eyes is the birds that come out to visit the whole world every morning. But what is this black smoke that has taken the whole sky in its arm as if it was his sweetheart? After a lot of trouble, its name is known as Covid-19, who did not know where it came from. Neither it had any face nor any religion, just to know that our body had become its home as if it had got its own house for some years. It found its shelter but it destroyed our survival. Unaware of this dark shadow, while preparing for the new year, everyone wished Happy New Year that in 2020 more dreams will be woven and fulfilled, but there was nothing as such, now the months passed and brought unwanted surprises. It was March,12, 2020 to know the school will be closed for some days and on hearing this, I was on cloud nine. Time spent and
Think Out Of The Building There are two such important relationships in this world, in which it is very important  to have faith, one is the faith of humans on God and the second one is student's unwavering/unbreakable faith in his/her teacher, if we search the definition of the word trust on Google then we will get more than a million definitions, one of which is  "Trust is the firm belief in the reliability, truth or ability of someone and something" . And just like that, I also have a different definition. From the perspective of a facilitator, so trust is a seemingly unbreakable relationship that connects two souls with the whole world that too for all eternity. Trust is the first dazzling start of a new morning that gives a sense of being on the whole day, and we are able to realize this feeling in four ways 1.  Listening  2.  Speaking  3.  Writing  4.  Reading. Today everyone says that it is most important to have attention/ focus to learn and  unde
Active Listening   I had read in one of my friend's blog that emotions are only thing that distinguished human from machine and I agreed, then I came up with a second line in which highlighter was. we have emotions and that is the reason we have relationships. Strange!! Is it true? if this is true then we all humans have a lot of emotions from birth but we are sorry that our relations are weak today, so is it enough to have only emotions to make a relationship or is there something else that helps to maintain and thrive it? Lets find out.. I have heard many people saying that there is a store of emotions in the heart, but do not know how to express it, now these expressions can be love, anger, fear, sadness, happiness etc. first of all understand what it means to express, if you have paid closer attention to your feelings, you must have seen that you would have given that feeling out verbally or non-verbally, and for doing so you do not require power of the words, so it'
