Success Is Easy  In this world, God has given the highest place to humans so that we can develop ourselves and others. That is why God presented us with the powerful weapon is called a brain that's the biggest strength to ask questions and find the logic behind the answers, when we get answers, then again we ask questions and keep searching for the answers and so on. Therefore in this unending journey, we are in search of a person who can give us answers to questions with logic, as soon as we find such knowledgeable person we start following him/ her with trust. And now, maintaining this belief is the biggest challenge of that person or a facilitator for this he/she has to update time to time his four pillars of learning. So let's know which questions we want to answer before learning or doing anything new. 1. What is this thing/ learning about? 2. How it feels like to learn and know about it? 3. Is it interesting or out of my mind? 4. What is the way of learning it?

Think Out Of The Building There are two such important relationships in this world, in which it is very important  to have faith, one is the faith of humans on God and the second one is student's unwavering/unbreakable faith in his/her teacher, if we search the definition of the word trust on Google then we will get more than a million definitions, one of which is  "Trust is the firm belief in the reliability, truth or ability of someone and something" . And just like that, I also have a different definition. From the perspective of a facilitator, so trust is a seemingly unbreakable relationship that connects two souls with the whole world that too for all eternity. The  Truth Of Education It is believed that we were monkeys before and this is fine, but as time passed, we started getting into the base of humans and with this increasing sequence of time we became a developed person who has full ability to think and understand. In order to increase this capacity, a very important weapon was discovered which came to be known as education and it is believed that the definition of education is as unlimited as education and would remain if you read Gandhi Ji's thought you understand, "Education means all-round development of physical powers mental and spiritual superior " , the same Tagore Ji says "Excellent education is that which makes a harmonious relationship with all the existence in our life " and so do you and us. There is some definition of education which will be completely different from one another, after all, we are different from each other, here I mean to be separated not only fro
